abstract = {The purpose of this research is to develop a better understanding of the effect of internal marketing on the loyalty of academic staff in top restaurants in Iran. This research is of applied type in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method and working method. The statistical population of the research is all academic staff (chefs) of top restaurants in Iran. The library method was used to develop theoretical foundations and the survey method was used to collect data. The data collection tool is a questionnaire, and in this research, 385 chefs were selected as a sample from the best restaurants in the country through simple random sampling. The conceptual model of the research has been analyzed using structural equation model by AMOS software. The results showed that internal marketing has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty with a path coefficient of 0.305. Therefore, it is suggested that restaurant managers prioritize internal marketing measures to improve the loyalty of skilled employees (cooks).},

abstract = {Social networks, especially Instagram, have attracted many users to this network, so the purpose of this article is to examine the factors affecting advertising on Instagram. In this study, its statistical population includes 15 experts in the field of advertising on Instagram (relevant expert and higher and with a history of more than 10 years in the field of sales). In addition, two methods of library and field methods have been used to collect information. Data from the pairwise comparison questionnaire were used to prioritize the factors affecting advertising on Instagram using FUZZY-AHP. The results show that in scoring and prioritizing the factors of advertising dimensions (3275.0,) (psychological-biological) (2450.0,) brand-related (2365.0) and media-related (1910.0), the first to fourth priorities, respectively, gained importance.

To ensure the effectiveness of the defined structure by creating a specific and purposeful structure and considering all the challenging factors and its various aspects Appeared. This will be achieved by carefully reviewing the research literature and interviewing experts. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey. MATLAB software has been used to analyze the information.

abstract = {Today, R&D is the key to competition and access to modern technologies in the world and plays a major role in innovation, increasing productivity and improving economic growth. The transportation sector, as a prerequisite and infrastructure for development, has a fundamental and efficient role in the fertility of the potential facilities and talents of communities. Therefore, it is necessary to study and identify the factors affecting the growth of this sector. This study examines the effects of R&D expenditures on the growth of the transportation sector in selected developing countries using the data panel model for the period 2007-2018. The results show that the increase in research and development expenditures has a positive and significant effect on the growth of the transportation sector in the countries under study. Trade index and employment variable also have a positive and significant effect on the growth of the transportation sector. Of course, the variable of inflation has a negative impact on the growth of the transportation sector, so that with its increase, the growth rate of the transportation sector decreases.

abstract = {In current century, the governmental management as other institutions are facing with new challenges in developments, that has root in change in cultural, economic, social and political

Since many factors are introduced by researcher that are effecting the efficiency of human resource developments and nature of these factors differ in each country, and since the effect these factors never assessed on Iranian governmental institutes, this research aims to uncover and prioritize the factors that create barrier for managerial development of Iranian governmental institutes using Fuzzy AHP method. The sample of 100 NIOPDC managers are used to gather information needed. Results show that highest criterion that has the most effect on managerial developments is environment, that encompasses the sub criterions such as governmental regulations, supplier conditions and market condition.

abstract = {This paper discusses the most important reasons of the fact, why Iranians don’t have enough willingness to buy a universal life insurance. we provide solution to increase market demand as a result, the business improves. This research hypothesized that the main reason of Iranians unwillingness toward universal life insurance, is negative effects of inflation. To know either this assumption corrects or not, we design a proper questionnaire. Then we test our hypothesis through ratio test. Then we test our hypothesis through ratio test. Consequently, we see that our first hypothesis was true. Then, we suggest a way to eliminate the negative effects of inflation from universal life insurance policies. In this research, we will introduce one new life insurance policy based on housing promise. Our research shows that if we use this insurance policy it will cause an increase in Iranians willingness toward buying life insurance.
